Going on a trip to Pu Luong (Thanh Hoa) will be a new experience for those who love to discover the beauty of the wild, majestic mountains, but no less poetic and peaceful.
Kho Muong is a pristine valley in the buffer zone of Pu Luong Nature Reserve. From above, Kho Muong appears with the simple beauty of the stilt houses located close to the foot of the mountain. Most houses are roofed with straw roofs, palm roofs with cow stables below and people live above as a tradition from thousands of generations. In front of the stilt houses are gentle terraced fields. Surrounding the valley are pristine primeval forests that seem to be hugging and protecting the villages.
